On May 16, we’re hosting one final workshop filled with that unmistakable flow, where Baglyas Erika will once again guide you into the world of metal embossing. Everything is set: tools, a great atmosphere, and a whole cast of curious, slightly mystical creatures that you’ll bring to life in shimmering metal, ready to take home as a framed piece, or to gift to someone you love.

Our urban living room may be spacious and welcoming, but seats around the big creative table tend to fill up quickly.

The brand started life with paper objects 11 years ago, our main profile was the design and production of small-series premium diaries, notebooks, and prints. Over the years, the focus has changed, the handwork, the beauty of handmade objects was sorely missed, so now artistic thinking has crept back into the process of creating objects.
Until now, the goal was to create an object. Now I am more interested in the process itself. That is why I started to hand-emboss symbols inspired by medieval codex illustrations, strange, mystical figures, and mythical creatures from metal sheets.
I was looking for magic, mysticism, which captivates me, and the objects also convey this to the customer. That is why the framed metal wall decoration was named the KABALA collection. Thank you for following my work! ❤️

Sziasztok, Baglyas Erika vagyok, a DOT FOR YOU márka alapítója, képzőművész.
Papír tárgyakkal indult a márka élete 11 éve, kisszériás prémium naplók, füzetek, nyomatok tervezése és kivitelezése volt a fő profilunk. Az évek alatt átalakult a fókusz, a kézimunka, a kézzel készített tárgyak szépsége már nagyon hiányzott, ezért mára újra jobban bekúszott a művészeti gondolkodás a tárgyak létrehozásának folyamatába.
Eddig egy tárgy létrejötte volt a cél. Most maga a folyamat érdekel inkább. Ezért kezdtem el fém lemezből kézzel domborítani középkori kódex illusztrációk inspirálta szimbólumokat, fura, misztikus figurákat, mitikus lényeket.
A varázslatot, a misztikumot kerestem, ami engem is magával ragad, és a tárgyak is továbbviszik ezt a vásárlónak. Ezért lett a keretezett fém fali dekoráció neve KABALA kollekció. Köszönöm, h követitek a munkámat! ❤️

This technique brought back to me the beauty of skilled handwork. I emboss the thin metal sheets by hand with a metal tool, work them, cut them out, and then frame them. Each one is a unique piece. For me, creating such a work has a kind of mystical power, more than just a picture on the wall, which is why it was named the KABALA collection.
