Dubajban több napot töltöttünk az Otthon Centrum vezetőségével, akik természetesen a mi irodánkon kívül más magyar ingatlanirodákat is megnéztek – ez így fair. A végén viszont a többrétegű szakmai tudás, a 9 év dubaji tapasztalat, de leginkább az azonnal kialakult bizalom és szimpátia alapján ránk, a Rinfel & Berényi Realtyre esett az OC választása.
Februárban a top értékesítők, franchise partnerek és a vezetőség előtt vetíthettük le a saját imázsvideónkat, amelyben elmeséltük, hogyan kerültünk Dubajba, és hogy ennyi év után miért mi ülünk ott az OC gáláján a VIP-asztalnál, mint exkluzív dubaji franchise partner.
Évekkel ezelőtt senki sem tudta, hogy Dubaj ennyire fókuszba kerül majd Magyarországon – és világszerte –, azt pedig végképp nem, hogy a kis csapatunkhoz hirtelen több mint 1000 magyar ingatlanos csatlakozik itthonról, hogy ne csak Magyarországon tudják ügyfeleiket kiszolgálni, hanem az Emirátusokban is, a mi segítségünkkel.
Egy nagyon izgalmas, új időszak elé nézünk mindannyian, és büszkén jelenthetem ki, hogy mi lettünk az Otthon Centrum dubaji ingatlanirodája: az OC DUBAI. 🇦🇪🇭🇺
Calacatta márvány, travertine kő mindenhol, angol és olasz designer nevek a kanapétól egészen a csapokig, Hermès kiegészítők, Smeg konyhai eszközök, Rolls Royce sofőrszolgálat, privát medence a teraszon, kutyasétáltatók, és még sorolhatnám. Ebben a luxusprojektben a Mr. Eight A-tól Z-ig mindenre gondolt.
Közvetlenül a kikötő partján, Dolce & Gabbana medencetérrel és saját golfkocsi használattal lehet majd itt élvezni a mindennapokat.
Ezt az egyetlen projektet mutattam meg a vevőnek, annak ellenére, hogy a meetingünk napján találkoztunk életünkben először. Telitalálat. 💘

Viszont amit most, az elmult 2 evben, es foleg igy a valasztasok elott lattam, az ennek a tanult normanak a szoges ellentete. Az a tuz, az az osszetartas, az a valtoztatni akaras, ami azt uzeni, hogy “koszonjuk, mi ennel tobbet erdemlunk.”

Az, hogy most eljottem a magyar nagykovetsegre Abu Dhabiba es leadtam a szavazatom, szerintem a legnagyobb dolog amit valaha a hazamert tehettem - egesz eletemben.
Ha lesz rendszervaltas, ha nem, en koszonom a Tisza-nak, hogy tortenelmet irt, es koszonom hogy en is reszese lehettem. 🇭🇺♾️🤞🏼
Ezek tapasztalt befektetők, akiket nem riasztott meg a közel-keleti konfliktus. Az ingatlanpiac nem olyan, mint a tőzsde, nem tud hétfőről keddre beesni, hanem hosszú hónapok és évek kellenek ahhoz, hogy bármilyen geopolitikai eseményre reagáljon.
A Covid óta nem láttunk alkulehetőségeket Dubajban, azt kellett megfizetni, amit az eladó vagy a kivitelező elvárt. Most viszont vannak lehetőségek a piacon, amikkel érdemes élni, hogy ősszel ne nézzünk vissza bűntudattal, hogy „nekem is a konfliktus alatt kellett volna ingatlant vásárolnom”.
Persze érthető, ha valaki hezitál, de aki jól ismeri a dubaji ingatlanpiacot, és már évek óta vár egy jó lehetőségre, annak most jött el az ideje.
