I tattooed this lower outer calf back in January so it’s had a few months to heal up and settle into the skin. Like a few others it looked pretty dark when fresh but it’s softened up a lot, I’m really happy with the heal on this one ☝️

Sometimes when I’m using the “extra light” greywash on certain skin types it can appear much darker when it’s freshly tattooed making the details look overly pronounced. Not all skin but some skin. What I’ve learnt is that as it heals, the tone lightens and the overall effect softens (phew 😆).
