Mum life and getting Milan into a routine took priority, leaving no time for gym or consistent healthy eating and that was just my reality.
This month I froze my gym membership.Five years of being in the fitness space before postpartum,I know diet is the foundation for feeling fit and strong and going to the gym comes second.
So instead of burning out,I’m starting slow.One nourishing,whole-food meal a day and gradually building healthier habits from there.
