His mum Elena planned a sweet birthday session for him out in Warrandyte, a favourite location of ours to shoot during autumn.
We took a wander amongst the trees, stopping for cuddles and sniffs along the way.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper birthday without cake…so we found a cute little spot on the jetty to capture Baxter patiently (well almost!) waiting for his first bite.
Being only 2, of course the calm didn’t last long…swipe to the end for all the cake chaos ➡️

The incredible bond between a dog and their person is one of the purest forms of love and companionship you’ll ever experience. Dogs ask for nothing except for you to love them the way they love you.
This kind of unconditional love and loyalty is why dogs are truly part of the family. This sole fact is the inspiration behind everything we do - and our new look feels like the right way to honour all the furry family love stories we capture 📷
Being welcomed into your homes to witness and capture those everyday moments of love is something we also don’t take lightly. There’s a special kind of trust in that and it means the world to us. Our beautiful new look reflects that trust along with all the love, care and connection that’s at the core of our work.
Honestly, countless hours and late nights (plus coffee, wine & meltdowns 😅) have gone into this rebrand. We’ve been talking about this for so long our family and friends are literally sick of us, and potentially ready to disown us (sorry everyone!) 😂
