एक बार इन मासूमों को प्यार से छूकर तो देखो,
इनकी खामोशी में भी दर्द होता है, एहसास होता है, प्यार होता है।
कई बार मजबूरी में इन्हें गंदा पानी पीना पड़ता है, जिसकी वजह से ये बीमार पड़ जाते हैं। 💔
हम इंसानों के लिए पानी आसानी से मिल जाता है,
लेकिन इन मासूम जीवों के लिए एक छोटा सा पानी का बाउल भी किसी नेमत से कम नहीं होता।
अंधेरा था और नाला गहरा था,फिर भी उन्होंने हिम्मत नहीं हारी। बल्कि रास्ते से गुज़रते कुछ लड़कों की मदद ली और खुद नीचे उतरने का फ़ैसला किया।
वो कहती है:
“डर तो था, लेकिन उस बछड़े की जान मेरी हर डर से बड़ी थी।”
धीरे-धीरे सबकी मदद से बछड़ा बाहर निकला। वह काँप रहा था, मगर ज़िंदा था। और जब उसने अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होकर सांस ली उस पल मनीषा को लगा जैसे दुनिया थम गई हो।
उस रात मनीषा ने फिर महसूस किया — “दया हमेशा डर से बड़ी होती है।” और जब तक वो ज़िंदा हैं, वो इन मासूम ज़िंदगियों के लिए खड़ी रहेंगी।
वो आज भी हर दिन 250 से ज़्यादा स्ट्रे डॉग्स को खाना खिलाती हैं। चाहे रात कितनी भी देर हो जाए, मनीषा का एक भी “फर वाला बच्चा” उस दिन भूखा नहीं सोता।
