1. Electrolytes
Festival dehydration is REAL. This is the first thing I take the next morning to help with headaches, fatigue, dizziness and that “dead inside” feeling.

Probably the most important one for me. Helps with muscle recovery, cramps, tension, sleep and calming down the nervous system after being overstimulated for 48 hours straight.
3. NAC
Amazing for liver support and detox pathways after alcohol, lack of sleep and intense weekends. One of my go-to supplements after partying or traveling.
4. L-theanine
Helps calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety and take the edge off the post-festival overstimulation/sunday scaries feeling.
5. 5-HTP
I like it after intense weekends to support mood and serotonin levels during the post-festival emotional crash 😭
