手術とは基本になる四要素(切開・剥離・止血・縫合)から構成され、手術部位の解剖を知るという事は、地図を持って未開の地を探検できるのと同じくらい大きなメリットがあります。
本当に手術が上手くなりたい人向けの講義になるため、美容外科医のみならず形成外科医の先生でも参加してもらえたら嬉しいです。

ご報告が遅くなりましたが、先日のPCR検査の結果、新型コロナウイルスに感染してることが判明しました。
経路は不明ですが、美容外科という仕事上皆様のお顔をマスクを取って診察したり、手術の際看護師さんや患者さんとの距離も近いためどうしても避けられないリスクがあったのだと思います。
先日スタッフの感染からクリニック休診を余儀なくされたばかりで、さらに今回の休診となりご迷惑をおかけして本当に申し訳ありません。
しかし皆様に感染を広げる訳にもいかず十分な休養の後復帰しようと思っております。

自宅隔離中の経過ですが皆様の参考になればと思い書き記しておきます。
2/1夕方頃より悪寒、倦怠感などを感じ始める。同日夜38.5℃の発熱。
2/2PCR検査にて新型コロナウイルス感染を認める。体温は38.5-39℃で倦怠感が強い。
2/3咽頭痛を認め、空咳あり。唾を飲み込むだけでもかなりの痛みがあり食事などが困難になる。嗅覚、味覚異常はなし。
2/4喉の奥が全部口内炎の様に潰瘍化しており唾を飲み込むのが拷問の様に痛い。(人間は気付かないうちに唾を飲み込むという行為を数分に一回はしてるんですね。これが激痛で動く気力がなくなってしまいました。)熱は38-38.5℃になり少し楽になった印象ですが、38℃からは下がりません。痰にかなりの血が混じる。

オミクロン株は症状が軽微だと言われていますが、正直自分にとっては相当な辛さです。
数分に一回くる唾を飲み込む拷問と食事が摂れない辛さと数日間続く倦怠感によりかなり体力低下しています。
人により症状は様々なので一概には言えませんが、感染力の強いこの変異株に対して少しでも体調不良を感じたら周りにうつさない努力をすべきかなと思います。
これだけ感染者が増えてるし集団免疫獲得として仕方ないかと一度は諦めましたが、もしかすると今回の感染での免疫は新たな変異株には全くの無効かも知れませんしね。かからないに越した事はないです。
ちなみに自分はワクチン2回摂取済みです。
復帰の日程は体調を見ながらまたご報告させて頂きますのでよろしくお願い申し上げます。

12/30に年内の手術を全て終え、仕事納めとなりました✨
思い返してみると今年は筋トレから離れ、仕事(手術)とゲームをひたすらやっている一年でしたが、良い出会いに恵まれ自分のやりたい事を全てやりつくしてとにかく充実していた一年でした😁

特に手術の面ではたくさんの方にご依頼頂き本当に感謝しております。
既に来年も2月まではほぼ予約が埋まっていて診察を希望される皆さまにはご迷惑をおかけしておりますので、なんらか対応ができるように配慮致します😞
どうしても美容手術というのは傷を作ったり他の部位を犠牲にしながら目的の部分を改善させる治療なので100%満足できる結果になるとは限りません💧
満足いかなかった方も一定数おられるとは思いますが、その場合でもきちんとお話しをしながら追加の治療や修正など最大限配慮した治療を行っておりますので悩んだ場合は一度ご相談ください😊

昨日行われたベストボディジャパン日本大会マスターズクラスにてグランプリを獲得することができました✨
皆さんからたくさんの応援を頂き、そして仲間からサポートしてもらい、日々積み上げた事が結果となって返って来たことに本当に感謝しかありません😭
そしてベストボディジャパンスーパーバイザーの魔裟斗さんからは表彰式の時に
「横浜の時からグランプリになるんじゃないかと予想してましたよ✨」
との言葉を頂き感無量でした‼️

今回筋肉隆々のマスターズ選手の中で比較的細身でまだまだ身体の出来てない自分が勝てたのはポージングにこだわったのが理由だと思います✨
ベストボディジャパンのポージングはポージングをして1-2秒静止するだけなので正味3.4秒で終わってしまいます💧
その中で魅せるというのは至難の業で、ウォーキングを美しく行うこともその解決策になりますがそれだけでは差別化も難しいと思いました。
そこで自分が考えたのは
①ポージングに入る前のウォーキング中
②ポージング後からウォーキングに移るところ
にもポージングを混ぜる事にしました‼️
そうする事で1ポーズで3-4秒だった見せ場が、前後に2秒ずつくらい加えられるため、倍の時間ポージングできる事になります😏
ウォーキング中のポージングは禁止というルールはありませんので👍
そしてフリーポーズは予選だけと思われがちですが、フリーポーズの強烈なイメージは絶対に決勝のイメージに影響しています‼️
規定ポーズに関しても以前の投稿にあげた様な工夫をしており、それぞれのポーズに入る前の手の位置、回転と手の動きの連動、真っ直ぐさを強調できる姿勢など何度も動画で確認し細かい角度調整を繰り返し行いました👍
規定ポーズ、フリーポーズ含めポージングへの情熱は多分誰よりも強く、時間をかけて練り上げてきたつもりです😤
ステージは自分を目立たせる場所です‼️悪ノリで目立つのはルール違反ですが笑
与えられたポージングルールの中でいかに自分を表現しアピールするか、これを追求した結果がグランプリにつながったと思います✨
これからコンテストを目指す人は少し参考にしてみて下さい😊
まだまだ身体は未熟な自分ですが、これからもベストボディジャパンの看板選手となるべく精進していこうと思いますのでよろしくお願い申し上げます👍
