📍Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands 🇲🇵
in case you missed it,Typhoon Sinlaku just spent days crawling through the Northern Marianas. This slow pace + strong storm = damage like we have NEVER seen before. The islands are unrecognizable.
is the only consistent clinic on Saipan. As a non-profit clinic, they offer very low-cost or free services to community pets. Despite having no permanent vet on island, they see over 6,000 pets annually with virtual & visiting volunteer vets.
Now, those services are needed even more.
Food is another HUGE need. They put out a community survey yesterday and were overwhelmed by the sheer number of pets needing food. Pet food was damaged during the storm or is inaccessible due to costs - because families are financially suffering even more after this storm.
We are working with off-island partners to get desperately needed food, and are so grateful to for stocking our clinic with medication and preventive. We are going to be able to help so many pets.
What we won’t be able to do, however, is generate funds to pay our staff.
That’s why I’ve made this gofundme - to support our staff by paying them for unwanted time off during the typhoon, and for their hard work in the coming weeks.

• Develop over time from grooming or pica
• Be secondary to chronic nausea or GI dysmotility
• Contribute to intermittent vomiting or delayed gastric emptying
• Increase risk for obstruction
