Der Grundriss der Location ist da und plötzlich wird aus der Vorfreude ein riesiges Puzzle: Zwei Familien, die sich nicht kennen, die Arbeitskollegen und die Frage: Wohin mit dem Kumpel vom Fußballverein?
Als Hochzeits-Experte und DJ sehe ich jedes Wochenende, wie sehr die Sitzordnung die Stimmung einer Party beeinflusst. Eine gute Sitzordnung ist unsichtbar – eine schlechte killt die Feier.
Meine 3 wichtigsten DJ-Tipps für euer Tisch-Puzzle:
1️⃣ Die Hörgeräte-Falle:
Setzt Oma und Opa auf keinen Fall direkt vor meine Lautsprecher, „damit sie gut sehen“. Sie wollen sich unterhalten! Die Party-Crowd gehört an die Boxen. 📢
2️⃣ Der Brauttisch-Fail:
Setzt euch nicht wie auf dem Präsentierteller mitten auf die spätere Tanzfläche. Integriert euch lieber in den Raum – ihr wollt schließlich feiern und nicht thronen. 👑
3️⃣ Dienstleister-Pause:
Plant mich und den Fotografen nicht an den Gästetischen ein. Ein kleiner Crew-Tisch im Nebenraum reicht völlig, damit wir kurz durchatmen und den Ablauf checken können. 🍕🎧

Genau das passiert, wenn niemand das Ruder in der Hand hat.
Ein Zeremonienmeister ist nicht der Mann mit dem Mikro, der Witze reißt. Er ist derjenige, der dafür sorgt, dass der Ablauf sitzt – bevor irgendjemand merkt, dass gerade etwas hätte schiefgehen können.
Wer koordiniert den Einzug, wenn die Fotografin noch beim Brautpaar ist? Wer gibt dem Caterer das Signal für den nächsten Gang? Wer hält die Rednerin davon ab, 40 Minuten zu sprechen?
Genau.
Was ein Zeremonienmeister wirklich macht – und ob ihr einen braucht – habe ich im Blog aufgeschrieben.
Weit gefehlt.
Die Trauzeugin (oder der Trauzeuge) ist an einem Hochzeitstag oft die Person, die wirklich alles zusammenhält. Wer das unterschätzt, merkt es spätestens dann, wenn die Braut kurz vor der Trauung feststellt, dass ihr Schleier noch im Auto liegt.
In meinem Blog habe ich aufgeschrieben, was eine gute Trauzeugin wirklich ausmacht – und warum diese Rolle deutlich mehr ist als ein Ehrentitel mit Blumenstrauß.
Normalerweise seht ihr an meinem DJ-Pult weiße Herzen und romantische Deko. Aber am Samstag hieß es: 60. Geburtstag statt Hochzeitstanz!
Ich durfte in Reepsholt für meinen geschätzten Kollegen einspringen und wir haben bis kurz vor 4:00 Uhr morgens „in den Sonntag getanzt“. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das Team von. Was für eine herzliche, familiäre Atmosphäre! Hier spürt man noch echte ostfriesische Gastfreundschaft – da macht das Auflegen doppelt Spaß.
Für mich war es der Beweis: Egal ob eleganter Ballsaal oder uriges Traditionsgasthaus – am Ende zählt nur, dass die Tanzfläche brennt. 🔥

Der Winterball der war mehr als nur ein Tanzabend – es war Inspiration pur. Zu sehen, wie viel Spaß Paare (egal ob Anfänger oder Profi) auf dem Parkett haben können, ist immer wieder genial.

Solche Videos sind der Renner auf jeder Hochzeit. Sie sind lustig, ungestellt und eine mega Erinnerung. Der Haken? Sogenannte "Wedding Content Creator", die solche Videos für euch drehen, kosten oft 1.000 € und mehr extra.
Mein Tipp als euer DJ: Spart euch das Geld! Ich habe eine Lösung entwickelt, wie wir genau diese coolen Clips bekommen – völlig kostenlos und mitten aus der Party heraus.
Ich bringe nämlich zu jeder Feier meine speziellen GoPro-Kameras (mit Profi-Mikrofon und Weitwinkel) mit. Wie wir die einsetzen (vom "Rasenden Reporter" bis zur "Polonäse-Kamera") und warum das Ergebnis oft lustiger ist als jeder Hollywood-Film, verrate ich euch heute im neuen Blog-Artikel.
