It was me. My body. My flesh and blood. My whole life, my journey, everything I’ve ever been and done …all of it led me to this moment. To bring the most beautiful thing I have ever seen into this world.
God knows I have lived a beautiful life. The good & the ”bad”. I have had experiences that many dream of. And I owe that to one thing - my ability to jump back into aliveness. To not allow myself to be defeated for long. To keep returning to life’s flow & energy, no matter what.
But this guys…. This is the most beautiful experience I have ever had. Nothing comes close.
I am in complete awe of how generous life is when you dare to look deeply into it. When you stop and actually see the treasures. The meaning. The miracle of it all …which at its core is so beautifully simple. We are here to expand. To experience. To love. And now I get to experience an entire life through my child’s eyes.
He is my greatest creation. And I am so proud of myself for that. For creating something so pure, carrying it with love, delivering it with trust, and now devoting myself to it completely.
It is the greatest responsibility there is 🤍
And the greatest reward.
To every person reading this…I wish you the courage to create the right soil. The right environment. The right love. So that you too can experience the depth of this magic. It is available to all of us if we devote fully.

We’ve been sold the idea that the goal is to come out of birth unmarked …hair done, body “intact,” nothing torn, nothing felt. But what if the tearing, the pain, the total loss of control is your initiation? What if that’s the exact thing that returns a woman to her power?
We were not meant to perform birth.
We were meant to be transformed by it.
I’m passionate about helping women birth in a way that empowers them..even in a hospital …instead of being quietly steered toward whatever’s cleanest, fastest, most controllable.
