Entre deux moments de pleine conscience, on apprend à se détendre et à s’amuser un peu, en hauteur! Alors, pourquoi ne pas mêler spiritualité, sport et humour 😅

Cette fois, je n’étais pas en compétition avec les armes pour le podium, mais j’ai choisi d’aborder l’événement avec une approche authentique et positive.
Il est essentiel de sortir de sa zone de confort et de se concentrer sur son propre progrès. Il ne s’agit pas d’être meilleur que les autres, mais d’utiliser au mieux ses propres capacités. L’inspiration des autres est bien plus enrichissante que la comparaison, et chaque expérience nous rend meilleur.
Je suis profondément reconnaissant pour cette expérience et pour tous ceux qui ont contribué à la rendre si spéciale. Chaque moment partagé et chaque rencontre nous permettent de diffuser des valeurs positives autour de nous. 🙏🏼🫶

It’s essential to step out of your comfort zone and focus on your own progress. It’s not about being better than others, but about making the most of your own abilities. Being inspired by others is far more enriching than comparison — every experience helps us grow.

Loin de mon meilleur niveau je n’arrive pas à me qualifier pour les finales. Mais c’est pas tant le résultat qui compte pour moi, c’est le chemin parcouru jusqu’ici ✨ un pas de plus!
