Os dejo su historia:
En Diciembre de 2022 nos llamaron de una perrera municipal en Ciudad Real donde habían encontrado a Manolo con las 4 patas torcidas y pensaban que se las habían roto. Nos desplazamos urgentemente y lo llevamos al veterinario, tras realizarle varias pruebas diagnosticaron que Manolo tiene enanismo hipofisario parcial y empezó tratamiento con hormonas de crecimiento, afortunadamente le vinieron muy bien y Manolo creció y se desarrolló. En paralelo iba a rehabilitación e hidroterapia para atenuar su dolor.
Cuando el tratamiento con hormonas llegó a su fin los traumatólogos del hospital determinaron que tenía que ser operado de sus dos patas delanteras y le realizaron dos atrodesis.
Las patas de atrás se adaptan de forma natural como nos habían dicho los traumas y ahora mismo Manolo hace una vida normal, es muy cariñoso. Es un perro joven y lleno de vida que está deseando encontrar una familia responsable que lo adopte y lo cuide.
No es apto con perros y gatos en una convivencia diaria.

Ingredientes:
40 g de queso pecorino en trozos de 2 cm
40 g de queso parmesano en trozos de 2 cm
40 g de pistachos pelados (sin sal)
tostados
40 g de almendras tostadas sin sal
120 g de chalotas en mitades
1 diente de ajo
200 g de dados de beicon
200 g de papada de cerdo adobada, en
dados de 1-2 cm
700 g de agua
2 cucharadita de sal
300 g de espaguetis
Preparación
Pon en el vaso el queso pecorino, el queso parmesano y los pistachos y tritura. 10 seg. Retire a un bol y reserve.
Pon en el vaso las chalotas, el ajo y trocea 3 seg/ vel 7. Con la espátula, los ingredientes hacia el fondo del vaso.
Añada el beicon y sofría 10 min/120°C/vel 1.
Agrega el agua y la sal e inicie Hervidor L/100°C.
Añade los espaguetis y hierve hasta el punto que más te guste.
Agrega la mitad de los quesos rallados con los pistachos. Mézclalos con la espátula. Vierte en una fuente para servir, espolvoree el queso rallado restante y sírvelo. 🤤❤️
