The mesmerizing Treasury of Petra left me speechless. I spent countless hours admiring its beauty. But Jordan isnโt just about Petra or Indiana Jones. The otherworldly Wadi Rum desert tested my limits and spirit in ways I never imagined. In Amman's vibrant streets, history meets modern life in captivating ways: the 'Old Signs of Amman' Museum was a fascinating hidden gem.
As a bonus challenge, I experienced my first dive in the Red Sea off Aqaba, immersing myself in its kaleidoscope of marine life!
The warmth of the people made this journey unforgettable. My Sicilian heritage sparked many conversations, as I resembled the locals, leading to unexpected connections. One memorable moment was a generous, spontaneous ride from Wadi Rum to Madaba with a kind strangerโjust one of many acts of hospitality that made me feel at home!
Jordan is not just a place to visit but a place to connectโwith its people, its landscapes, and its stories. A land of adventure and heart, where every moment feels like a gift. Iโm grateful to have been embraced as one of its own, even if only for a little while.

Georgia had long been on my travel list, and my visit surpassed all expectations.
From the remote village of Ushguli with its iconic Svan towers, through the breathtaking Martvili canyon, to the charming alleys of Tbilisi, and up to Gveleti waterfall and the majestic Gergeti church, every step revealed new wonders and left more to be discovered.
Its wild nature, rich history, and the warmth of its proud people created experiences that will stay with me forever. No picture or video can truly capture my deep affection for this land and its timeless legends.
