’te yaptığım bu dövme, İstanbul’un Fethi ve Fatih Sultan Mehmed’in İstanbul’a girişini konu alan bir tasarımın parçası olarak hazırlandı.
İlk gün micro realism kategorisi için kendi tarzımda tasarladığım Umay Ana figürüyle başladığım bu projede, kalan 2 günde yaptığım çalışmayla devam ettim. Tasarım, orta bölümde yeniçeri figürü ve Selçuklu motifleriyle devam edecek şekilde planlanmıştı ancak zaman yetersizliği nedeniyle bu kısım tamamlanamadı; bu yüzden çalışma üst ve alt bölümüyle sınırlı kaldı.
Tasarımı,kendi değerlerimize sahip çıkmak adına etnik ve tarihsel öğelerden ilham alarak oluşturdum.
