Spring/Summer Outlook: If interest rates remain in the low 6% range, we expect buyer demand to continue, creating another year that looks similar to 2025. This is encouraging for buyers, who may still be able to find strong opportunities and negotiate favorable terms. Sellers, however, should continue to expect buyers to negotiate aggressively.
