Hoy nos habla de su experiencia Laura García Balsa. Es estudiante del Máster de Acceso al ejercicio de la Abogacía y de la Procura (MAAP) de nuestra Facultad. En el marco de esta titulación va a realizar las prácticas externas en el Despacho.
🗣️ Algunas de sus impresiones sobre los estudios que está realizando: "En el marco de esta titulación, voy a realizar mis prácticas externas en el Departamento Laboral de LENER, una oportunidad clave para dar el salto al ejercicio profesional y aplicar de forma práctica los conocimientos que he adquirido durante el máster. Destaco especialmente el enfoque práctico del MAAP, que me está permitiendo acercarme a la realidad del ejercicio de la abogacía, así como la calidad del profesorado y la conexión directa con el mundo profesional. Valoro muy positivamente esta etapa, en la que estoy descubriendo y consolidando mi vocación jurídica, además de adquirir las herramientas necesarias para afrontar con seguridad mi futuro cercano como abogada."

Tras una intensa fase previa, ocho equipos, seleccionados entre más de catorce participantes, competirán en las distintas rondas de la competición. Las rondas generales se desarrollarán el 10 de junio en la Facultad de Derecho de la UCM; las semifinales tendrán lugar el 11 de junio en la sede de Madrid de A&O Shearman; y la Gran Final se celebrará el 12 de junio en la.

En una tarde calurosa de mayo, las palabras del padrino del grupo, el profesor Víctor Fuentes, refrescaron y animaron el ambiente.
Enhorabuena a una nueva promoción de egresados en Derecho UCM, ¡Seguimos!
En esta ocasión, el ponente fue el prestigioso profesor mexicano Diego Valadés, que disertó sobre la obra "Teoría de la Constitución", de Karl Loewenstein.
La interesante ponencia fue seguida por un encendido debate, quedando patente, una vez más, la vigencia de los clásicos para ayudarnos a navegar el presente.
1️⃣ Derecho está entre las materias mejor clasificadas en el World University Rankings 2025 by Subject de Times Higher Education ocupando el puesto 80 del mundo y es la 1a de España. (
🔝 Asimismo, en la edición del prestigioso ranking internacional: World University ranking QS by Subjet 2025 Law & Legal Studies, la UCM consolida su posición en este ámbito (Derecho) como la primera universidad española manteniéndose en el puesto 76 a nivel mundial, seguida a distancia por la UAM que aparece en el puesto 85. No aparecen más Universidades españolas en este ámbito (Facultades de Derecho) en el ranking entre los 100 primeros puestos. (
En el ranking de El Mundo 2025, el Grado de Derecho de la UCM se sitúa entre las tres primeras en España y entre las cinco primeras en el Doble Grado Derecho y ADE.
