Zutaten für eine Springform (Ø 26 cm):
etwas Butter oder Öl zum Einfetten
Mürbeteig: 300 g Mehl, 1 TL Backpulver, 90 g Zucker, 1 Pck. Vanillezucker, 1 Prise Salz, 1 Ei, 140 g weiche Butter
Apfelfüllung: ca. 800 g säuerliche Äpfel, Abrieb einer Bio-Zitrone, 45 g Zucker, ½ TL Zimt, 2 Pck. klarer Tortenguss, 150 ml Apfelsaft
Zubereitung:
1️⃣ Springform einfetten, Backofen auf 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.
2️⃣ Mehl & Backpulver mischen, restliche Teigzutaten zufügen und zu einem glatten Mürbeteig verkneten. ⅔ des Teiges ausrollen, auf dem Boden der Form verteilen, einstechen und 15 Minuten vorbacken. Restlichen Teig kühl stellen.
3️⃣ Äpfel schälen, entkernen, klein schneiden, mit Zucker & Zimt 5 Minuten dünsten. Tortengusspulver mit Apfelsaft und Zitronenabrieb verrühren, zu den Äpfeln geben, kurz aufkochen lassen und etwas abkühlen.
4️⃣ Aus einem kleinen Teil Teig einen Rand formen, am Boden andrücken, Apfelfüllung darauf verteilen.
5️⃣ Restlichen Teig ausrollen, in Streifen schneiden und gitterförmig auflegen. Kuchen auf mittlerer Schiene ca. 45 Minuten goldgelb backen, dann auskühlen lassen.
6️⃣ Highlight: Den fertigen Kuchen auf unsere Tortenspitze setzen – so wird jedes Stück zum kleinen Winterkunstwerk! 💚

160 g Weizenmehl (Type 405) • 25 g Speisestärke • 2 TL Backpulver • Prise Salz • 170 g Zucker • 100 g weiche Butter • 2 EL neutrales Öl • 1 Ei (Gr. M) • Mark von ½ Vanilleschote • 160 ml Milch • 1 EL Vanilleextrakt
Deko:
Oreokekse • Mini-Smarties • Kokosraspeln • Zuckeraugen 🐧✨
Zubereitung:
Butter, Zucker und Öl cremig aufschlagen. Ei unterrühren, dann Vanillemark und -extrakt dazugeben. Mehl, Backpulver und Salz mischen und unterheben, abwechselnd mit 160 ml Milch. Den Teig in die Muffinförmchen Pinguin füllen und bei 175 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 20–22 Minuten backen. Nach dem Auskühlen, wie im Reel zu sehen mit Oreos, Smarties, Kokos & Augen zu kleinen Ski-Pinguinen dekorieren – fertig! ⛷️🐧
