Mix everything together and make a semi soft dough, rest it for 30 minutes
For the filling: combine 3 medium sized boiled potatoes,1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp Kasuri methi, salt and 3 tbsp corn flour/maida
