中区小町、国泰寺高校の近くにある「nandi／ナンディ」さん🍛
食べログのカレー百名店にも選ばれている広島屈指のカレー店で、場所は中電前エリア。小町の少し落ち着いた通りにある、カレー好きにはおなじみのお店です☀️
今回いただいたのは、定番のナンディカレー。
まず香りがいい🤩
スパイスの立ち上がりはしっかりあるのに、ただ辛さで押してくる感じではなく、さらっとしたルーの中に旨味と酸味、香ばしさがきれいにまとまっています👍👍
いわゆる重たい欧風カレーではなく、スープ寄りの軽やかなカレー🙆♂️
でも物足りなさはなく、食べ進めるほどにじわじわ旨い。
このタイプのカレーは、派手な一口目よりも、食べ終わった後に
「あ、また食べたい」
となるかどうかが大事だと思っていて、ナンディさんはまさにそのタイプ😍
ご飯との相性も良く、ルーのサラッと感とスパイスの余韻がちょうどいい。
辛さもありますが、辛いだけではなく、後味にちゃんと気持ちよさが残るのが良いですね🔥🔥
店内もカレー専門店らしい肩肘張らない雰囲気で、ふらっと一人でも行きやすい
広島で“ちゃんとスパイスの効いたカレー”を食べたい時に、安心して候補に入れられる一軒です。
個人的には、広島カレーの基準点のひとつ。

八丁堀の2階に密かに佇む和食居酒屋の名店「あんべぇ」さんに数年振りに訪問☀️
何度かトライしたものの予約取れずが続き
ハイパーご無沙汰でしたが、21時頃から直前の連絡でなんなくOK🙆♂️
ここはお通しとともに出汁がまず出てきます。
それが胃腸を動かし、食欲湧きたてます🔥
いただいたのは
・刺身の盛り合わせ
・旬の野菜の天ぷら
・レアカツ
・おにぎり
・味噌汁
どれも美味しいのだが、
単純な料理の評価を正直に言うならば
感動レベルの食を10とすると
こちらのお料理は7〜8といったところ。
※あくまで個人的な感想です⚠️
だが、他の和食店と比較して半額近いコスパ🤩
それを考えると間違いのない居酒屋であり、
なによりも居心地がイイ👍👍
僕はお酒を飲めないのですが、
お酒とともに料理と会話を楽しむのが、
このお店の良さを最大限に楽しめるんだと思います🙏
一品一品、お一人一人に丁寧に向き合われる大将さんのお人柄も
このお店の人気を支えてるのは間違いなし🤩

今回はグルメな先輩方にお連れいただき
焼鳥の名店「焼鳥山中」さん へ訪問☀️
とうかさんをされている円隆寺さんのとなりにあります🙆♂️
店内はレジンテーブルのカウンター6席ほどに、4人掛けテーブルが1つと、スペースの割に席は少なめ
サービスの質を考えての席数かな👍
ここは全国でも稀な世界最高品質鶏「高坂鶏」を使用
無菌鶏といわれるような貴重な鶏さんです🙆♂️
初めは一品ものがいくつか出てくるのですが
特に感動したのは鶏レバー🔥
臭みや独特の食感ではなく、食べたことのないレバー😳
まるでバターのような硬さと食感。
そして、口の中に入れた時のとろけ具合に驚愕😍😍
どの品も店主の気遣い心配りに満たされた
丁寧で繊細なお料理の数々！
ちょっと久し振りにテンションあがりましたよ🤩🤩🤩
そして、先輩からオススメされていたのは、つくね
これはまじで必食🙏
見た目は普通のつくねなのですが、
中はレアなハンバーグのような感じ㊗️
鶏は一般的にしっかり火を入れないとダメと言われる中、
無菌鶏である高坂鶏だからこそできるレアつくねは
ここだけのプライスレスなもの☀️
焼鳥コースで12000円はかなり高めな設定のようですが、
ここでしか食べられない最高クラスの焼鳥に
大満足の内容でした😍
店主のお人柄も素晴らしく、また伺いたい名店です🙆♂️

流川から少し入ったところにある洋食屋さん「アラスカ」
昔は違う場所にあったのですが10年ほどぐらいに場所を移り、店内も新しくなりましたが、美味しさと懐かしさは健在☀️
よく出前とかに注文されるカツサンドとかも魅力的なのですが、
僕はオムライスが好き過ぎる😍
見てよ！この見た目👍
一つ一つが丁寧な仕事で出来上がってる感じ、めちゃ好き🔥
ケチャップライスと絶妙火入れの卵のバランス最高で、味も申し分なし🙆♂️

流川通りの細い路地の一番奥にある看板のないパスタ屋「enzo」
まず知らないと入れないお店
ここにはカウンター8席ほどで、クセ強めなマスター1人で切り盛りされてます💦
色んなパスタあるけど、イカスミパスタ一択👍
圧力鍋で茹でる絶妙な茹で加減のパスタに、
イカスミの旨みとニンニクが合わさったソースを絡めて提供される、まさに傑作パスタが夜中でも食べられます🤩
正直営業時間とか、定休日とかは不定な感じしますが、
このパスタは必食です🔥
あと地味にここぐらいしか飲まないジャワティーもすき🤣

タイ料理の名店バードマンへ久々訪問☀️
店主さんが体調崩されており、すこしお休みされてましたが数ヶ月前に復活🤩
とはいえ全然行けてなかったので、
ルンルンで訪問😄
改めて食べ放題のグリーンカレーは設定ミスすぎる！
この美味さで食べ放題とかバグりすぎ😍😍😍
いつもメイン来る前に食べ過ぎちゃう💦
僕は圧倒的にガパオ派なので、お米食べ過ぎ案件ですが、
絶妙な挽肉の味付けが米進むし、目玉焼きのビジュアルがさらに食欲そそります🤩
いつもガパオ選んじゃうけど、他も気になるのでまた行きます🙆♂️
言わずと知れた中華の名店、深夜的中華食堂へ🔥
今回は、敬愛する広島を代表する若手経営者さんと2人で訪問☀️
深く楽しい話をするには、美味しいご飯が付きものということで選定☀️
良くオーナーさんのクセ強に賛否の声聞くけど、そんなクセ強いかねと思ってきた🤣
ただ、真面目に、心を込めてお料理とお客さんに向き合ってるナイスガイやなーと思うので、少し避けてる方はまじ行った方が良きです👍美味いし安いし🙆♂️
今回は
・ホタルイカとアスパラの炒め
・鰆の天ぷら？with白子
が記憶に残ってるわー🔥
特に鰆の火入れ加減がヤバい😍
外サク中プリでこれはリピしたくなるけど、季節のものだからね。
それに鰆の白子って初体験でこれまた美味い👍👍
でも、僕は海老の紹興酒漬けがやっぱり最高🤩
これは無限に食べれるやつ㊗️
イイ時間過ごさせてもらいました。

宇品の住宅街のど真ん中にある激うままち中華🔥
店内は絵に描いたような、ザ・まち中華
まず、何食べても美味い☀️
そして提供スピード異常✈️✈️
この中華そばは、冠名のついた「極楽麺」っていうんだけど、中華そばにミンチが入ってて、澄んだ中華スープに甘辛く炒められたミンチの旨みがナイスコラボ👍
麺の茹で加減も抜群でオススメ🔥🔥
そして、パラうまな焼飯も最高なんです！
このお店の最高の楽しみ方は、5〜6人で、色んなものを頼み、ドラゴンボールの様にむさぼり食う🤣🤣
そして接客の丁寧さと暖かさ☀️
なかなか宇品の方には行くことが少ないんですが、近くに行けば高確率で行く大好きなお店です👍
こういうお店がずっと続くといいな。

広島の飲み屋街、薬研堀に位置するお店
店内はカウンター10席ほどに4人掛けテーブルが1つほど
場所柄、19時前後は飲み屋さんの同伴に使われがちなお店ですのでなかなか予約が困難💦
ですが、20時頃からは割と空くのでそこが狙い目👍
でも予約必須が間違いないですよー⚠️
今回はギリギリの予約だったのですが、
キャンセルのお客様が発生したため、セーーフ😅
今回オーダーしたお料理は以下
・よだれ鶏
・四川風唐揚げ
・小籠包
・えび蒸し餃子
・甲イカのXO醬炒め
・麻辣豆腐
・カニ炒飯
・葱そば
・芋のあめだき
まーどれも美味すぎる🤩🤩
オープンキッチンで豪快に料理する姿を見るだけでテンションが上がり、食べて最高潮の名店です🎉

その理由は、提供される料理の美味さ+大将の為人🤩
何食っても美味いし、鰻は専門店に負けないどころか圧勝レベルです👍👍
ここまで大振りで脂も絶妙に乗っていて、かつ焼き加減が完璧☀️
そして、お米が美味い！！こちらのお米は大将のご実家で生産してるお米🌾ランチの時は2〜3回はおかわりしちゃいます😅
決して安いお店ではありませんが、
それ以上の価値があるお店なので、その点をご理解できる方であれば是非🙆♂️
