Ca forge le mental ca c'est sûr et ca me donne confiance pour avancer dans ma préparation du Norseman. Et ce n' est que le premier stage en altitude.

Déjà presque une semaine d'entraînement en altitude à bouffer du D+ dans une neige parfois trop poudreuse et hop Dedel on ne la voit plus et parfois glacée comme une patinoire. Ca forge le mental tout comme le corps surtout quand le vent de face vient de compliquer la tâche. Sur la photo je suis sur une pente à plus de 20%.
C'est une des premières étapes de ma préparation au Norseman. J' y repenserai sûrement dans la Zombie Hill, rien que le nom est évocateur.
La préparation physique c'est une chose, mais il y a aussi la préparation logistique et en Norvège tout est cher. J'espère pouvoir boucler le budget pour réaliser cette aventure. C'est pourquoi, si jamais vous voulez me donner un coup de pouce en partageant ce post pour obtenir qui sait quelques sponsors ca fera toujours plaisir. Je ne demande pas d'argent, juste un petit geste de partage qui peut me soutenir.
Mais je ferai tout pour y parvenir. C'est une aventure particulière dans mon parcours de résilience.

Je m'acclimate doucement à l'altitude et au D+, ma motication pour le Norseman est à fond.
Ces stages que je vais faire régulièrement vont me faire progresser pour encaisser le D+.
Va y avour un peu de ski notamment pour aller en Italie retrouver mon petit resto préféré. Bon ok j'ai déjà attaqué le pannetone oups.
Qui aime les vacances à la neige ici? Je trouve ca tellement beau et apaisant. Comme dirait mon labrador préféré est lancé

J'ai versé tant de larmes à ce départ à la hauteur du chemin parcouru pour être là prête à plonger dans la Baltique.
Et peut être aussi un regard qui a envie de continuer à vivre ses passions alors que j'ai eu tellement de fois envie d'abandonner.
Du coup, je cherche de nouveaux défis qui me plaisent pour me projeter vers de nouvelles aventures.

Après être repartie de zéro, me revoilà à prendre le départ d'un Ironman.
Vélo déposé, tout est prêt.
Je suis juste très émue d'être là et je me refais le chemin parcouru pour vivre cette course. Bien plus qu'une course on y met tout ce qu'on veut mais on fait toujours ça pour qqchose ou pour qq1.
A demain donc dossard 618 si vous voulez me suivre.
Quoiqu'il arrive, je suis simplement heureuse.

2024 ne sera pas l'année des défis sportifs de fous mais l'année d'un combat dont je suis fière qui m'a rendu plus sereine. Il y aura peut être encore d'autres coups durs mais je suis prête à les accueillir car ils font progresser et avancer.
