製造から接客まで、一人で経営されている
敏腕パティシエです。
そんなしゅうちゃんとの出会いは、
ミニマリストオノチャン繋がり。
お互いオノチャンのリスナーだったことから、
オフ会で初めてお会いしました。
そこで「パティシエ」ということも知り、
さっそく浅草の洋菓子店に行きました。
バターサンドはもちろんのこと、
ショーケースに並ぶケーキはどれも美味しそうで、
半分以上は制覇しているのではないでしょうか！
毎年息子の誕生日は、こちらのケーキを予約しています。
今回は、「おいしいものしか作れない」ダプレルルさんにマルシェに出ていただき、ひとつなぎいち限定コラボをします！
