"Two ingredient sandwich bread that’s loaded with protein and is super duperrrr easy to make!
All you need is self-rising flour, (or make it at home) and whole milk yogurt which is a brand that I’ve loved since I was a kid and their whole plain yogurt is yummier than I remember. Dannon is quality yogurt that is done the right way making it creamy, delicious, and super approachable. One 6oz serving provides a good source of calcium and protein and are so easy to add into your everyday diet, or into recipes like this one!
3 cups of self-rising flour
OR
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup yogurt
Mix together self-rising flour and yogurt and use a spatula to fold ingredients together until there are no clumps left. Add dough to a baking loaf that is lined with parchment paper and bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes. You should be able to press into the top and have it spring back- that’s when you know it’s done. Remove and let cool for 20 minutes before slicing into.
