Is this meant for small children? Yes. Did I still do it anyways? Also yes 😂

But honestly though, the sense of freedom you get when you just trust in Allah. All these manifestation / mindset coaches and yet the OG is in the Quran
-
Being grateful, trusting in your creator & knowing with them anything is possible. So why worry yourself?

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt these past couple of weeks is that people seem to think that the GCC becoming part of a war now makes their own country better to live…
-
If the only way you can claim your country is better than here is due to not currently having war, then your country isn’t great to live is it 😑
-
It’s like saying your restaurant is better cause you didn’t get food poisoning, erm… ok but is the chef actually good? Do you like sitting there to eat? Are the staff friendly?
-
If the answer is, no, everything else isn’t great but at least I didn’t get food poisoning, then maybe the restaurant isn’t that great 😂
-
The amount of people coming out with these statements is shocking too! So jealous of the Gulf’s success that you think war breaking out is a time to gloat!
-
These people make me want to vomit and probably the kind of people secretly hoping for your downfall cause they’re unhappy with their own lives 👎🏻

🍽️ Ramadan is the perfect time to try restaurants with their set menus at a great price. So yallah come with me to try it!
-
The set menu for iftar is 110 sar for 3 courses, they also have two suhoor menu options available
-
It might surprise you that many residents are still going out as normal. Also for me, this isn’t my first time living somewhere where there’s missiles being intercepted above us 😅
-
When I first moved to Mecca it was during the time of the Houthi attacks and I would hear missiles being intercepted and the booms that sounded like thunder in the distance
-
Sometimes you’d see the golden star like explosions fading into the blackness of the night sky
-
I don’t know why but it never really panicked me. I knew whatever is Allah’s decree for me that when my time is up is whenever Allah decides 🤲
-
As Muslims we believe your death is already written from when you’re born, so as long as you protect yourself from the evil eye which is the only thing that can change your destiny. Everything else is in Allah’s hands
-
Of course that doesn’t mean be reckless with your life, you still have to tie your camel (Arab proverb) but currently the risk is quite low here and life is pretty normal. You wouldn’t even know anything is going on
-
We do have a contingency plan if things change but inshallah things don’t come to that 🤲

Here are some fun money 🤑 facts about me:
- I’ve been the leading sales person in many offices and in my 20s achieved my dream lifestyle before realising it wasn’t what I wanted 😁

- Realised from a young age that money isn’t everything, people are very fake when they think they have something to gain and I really disliked the fakeness growing up, I found wealth embarrassing 👎

- My husband is the opposite to me, he struggled with poverty as a child

- Most wealthy kids have complex relationships with their parents as usually they give up building a close relationship with them for that wealth

- I’m technically old money on my grandma’s side but someone stole the charitable trust my great-grandfather set up and I find it hilarious the obsession with it that is more “Riviera chic”

- My father bought next door’s house cause they could see into his but he’ll always say he’s comfortable not wealthy 😂

- I had to work from age 16 cause my Dad didn’t want me to be a brat & wanted me to know the value of money

- I would be financially better off if I lived in the UK, I have my family to help me there and I could do real estate projects with my father as he needs a younger person for debt leverage (gets harder as you get older) but I chose to stay here cause I love living here

- The rest of my family are working class / middle class so it was interesting growing up with two very different backgrounds

- The biggest benefit of wealth is the mentality and not seeing anything as a limit, people often tell themselves things aren’t possible but wealthy people know it’s always possible but what is the price? And price isn’t always just money, it’s time, effort & sacrifice

- My husband struggles with this mentality cause I’m not used to being told it’s not possible 😂 Also I had a high lifestyle before I met him and honestly I’ve realised that makes a big difference once you get married, as I have a lot of expectations due to my childhood that aren’t normal for him

Why do you think that it’s assumed women marry Arabs for money?
