1 medium apple

2 medium tortillas

for glaze:

*mix your apple together with your cinnamon and protein powder, put it in a pan and bake until soft. In the meantime mix your protein powder with water and slice your tortillas in half. Use the glaze as glue and fill your tortilla with the apple, put some cinnamon on top and put in the oven/airfryer for 10 minutes and there you go.

for icing:
100g non-fat greek yogurt
15g whey protein
2 Oreo cookies (without filling)
*mix all your ingredients together, put the mix in a piping bag and pour it into your donut tray. Place it in your preheated airfryer/oven on 180°C for 15 minutes.. and start making your icing by mixing your yogurt & protein powder together. Dip your donuts into the icing, put some crushed Oreo’s on top and there you go.
