With the intention of transparency, we want to provide an update regarding ongoing repair initiatives. An experienced professional repair facilitator, MCCP, was hired and has begun work. You can read about them here: This facilitator was selected after extensive deliberation by a group of nine people, a combination of 4 from DMP’s leadership team and 5 from a volunteer repair group formed last year. These people are, in alphabetical order: Brian MunGavin Mraz, David Siller, Faye Adinda, Frank Perri, Jacob Patrick Ellis, Jennifer Brown, Lexi Mondot, Madison Gray, and Sharon Kerrick. No one else is involved in this process at this time. We are currently meeting in a closed container with restorative justice professionals from MCCP to address and repair harm within the community. These sessions are being paid for through DMP’s savings. None of us were ‘chosen’ to do this. This group consists of those who continued participating in repair initiatives from a wider leadership group and a 26-person volunteer repair group which began this work in July 2025. So far, we have vetted and selected a restorative justice facilitator, established a meeting structure, and have met with MCCP five times. We plan to meet at least five more times with this group of nine before making any changes to the structure. At this time, the repair process is evolving and still taking shape. The sole intention of this post is to share that repair conversations are happening, and that everyone involved is there to learn. We ask you to hold requests for further updates or future plans, as we do not have them to offer at this time. We don’t yet know what the best course of action is, and we are seeking to “move at the speed of trust” (Adrienne Maree Brown). Because DMP doesn’t yet have new communication guidelines or trained administrators for social media, we’ve made a decision to keep comments off for now. We cannot make any promises about outcomes, and there is nothing certain about what the future will hold. That said, as individuals, we are hopeful that repair is within reach.
Sincerely,
A group of 9 people working towards repair

This one came from every angle for me:
🔥 Condemnation from Christians
🤔 Ridicule from the scientific world
😔 Loss of friendships and belonging
Reclaiming my voice, my spiritual gifts, and the mystical life I’m here to live has cost me—but it has given me even more.
𝑵𝒐𝒘 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏…
To burn away what’s not yours.
To remember who you are beneath the fear.
To resurrect the truth that has never really been lost.
𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐖𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃
🌹 A sacred circle for the remembrance
and resurrection of the feminine.🌹
We gather as women to uncover the deep roots of the witch and priestess wounds—collective imprints of fear, shame, and erasure that live in our bodies, bones, and bloodlines.
Through potent teachings, we explore how this wounding came to be, why it still lives in us today, and what it costs us to keep it hidden.
Then we descend together—through somatic healing and sisterhood ritual—to release what’s not yours, and reclaim the wisdom, medicine, and magic you have always carried.
This is not a performance.
It is a return.
For the woman ready to reclaim her voice,
her power, and her place in the sacred order of life.
For the one who knows she’s here to show a new way.
