About the exhibition:
Presented at Hypha Studios, Gallery 1 at No.1 Poultry, INVASIVE SPECIES brings together fifteen artists who investigate how invasion and intrusion generate dissonance between our inner and outer worlds. Drawing on Surrealism, mysticism, the natural world, the weird and the eerie, it assembles forms and frameworks that grow, creep, haunt, and disintegrate, aiming to articulate the tensions between the visceral and the restrained.
