Most typical MK5 rust issues already addressed (tailgate painted, both fenders replaced). Has rust on LT rocker but I've chosen not to address it as I occasionally winter drive it and the side skirts hide it so I don't mind it.
The car shows extremely well, paint has been polished and ceramic coated.
Other recent maintenance includes new headlamp lenses and new struts - Koni special active (red) paired with H&R sport (blue) springs. Previous owner also provided me with a folder full of receipts.
