Happy 65th Mom! Im sorry that I donāt love traveling to the island. I do however, adore your sense of humour, deep love for wine, and a good time. š
Youāve really settled into island living and have so many new friends to share it with. I love seeing that, and the fact that you are always game for hikes in the rain (even though Parksville never gets rain as you say). š
TIP-If you do travel to Parksville during the winter the hotel rates are MUCH cheaper, and you can actually get parking at š Do not miss out on getting donuts and a few unique items from their market.

I think Iām bad luck, as all the other nights he went to meet this golden lady who likes his money, he won! The time I accompanied him on his date, he lost. I realized im not into this kind of thing, so I will allow him to continue his late night rendezvous without me.
