1. Recovery is important before the next race
2. Focusing mentally and physically the weeks before a race is important for your performance
3. Motivation will make you give you best the race day but it doesn't mean it will be your best performance
4. Each race and circuit is different, sometimes you can't just compare races times because there are many external factors affecting your race
