Le 6 août, nous rendons hommage à Ernest CSUKA, cheville ouvrière des Cycles Alex Singer pendant 67 ans,
second dirigeant des Cycles Alex Singer, né ce jour-là, en 1928.
Son vélo, fabriqué en 1947 (numéro 322), raconte à lui seul toute une vie de passion dédiée au cyclisme.
Modifié pour le Salon du Cycle 1966, il a traversé les épreuves, les routes et les époques.
Quelques souvenirs en images:
- Le vélo tel que vous pouvez toujours le voir en boutique.
- Victoires sur deux étapes du Tour de France de l’Aurore en 1950.
- Sorties avec l’ACBO et les amis de la boutique, ici en 1972. Reconnaissez-vous le môme avec la casquette Reynolds?;)
- Dernière montée du col de la Madeleine en 2007, accompagné de son petit-fils.
- Catherine le faisant revivre durant l’Anjou Vélo Vintage.
Son travail et son esprit resteront à jamais présents au sein des Cycles Alex Singer.

On August 6th, we pay tribute to Ernest CSUKA, a cornerstone of Cycles Alex Singer for 67 years,
and the second head of Cycles Alex Singer, born on this day in 1928.
His bicycle, built in 1947 (number 322), tells a lifetime of passion dedicated to cycling.
Modified for the 1966 Salon du Cycle, it has endured challenges, roads, and eras.

- Winner of two stages in the 1950 Tour de France de l’Aurore.

- Catherine bringing it back to life during Anjou Vélo Vintage.
His work and spirit will forever remain within Cycles Alex Singer.
