Il mio cous cous con curcuma e verdure
BUONISSIMO!
Un piatto non italiano ma dal sapore travolgente e intrigante fatto di sapori e odori che ti portano in luoghi lontani ma che riempie il pancino in modo gustoso e sano!

50g di cous cous da lasciare in acqua tiepida per circa 10 min coperto con pellicola.
La quantità dell'acqua deve essere uguale a quella del cous cous.
Nel mentre ho cucinato le verdure:
In questo caso ho usato, mezza cipolla tritsta, due carote e mezza zucchina ( perché era enorme 🤣), ho lasciato che cuocessero con un filo di olio nella padella aggiungendo anche 1 bicchiere di acqua.
Ho aggiunto dopo qualche minuto un cucchiaino di curcuma e un pizzico di sale. Infine prezzemolo tritato sedano tritato e un pochino di pepe.
Finalmente quando le verdure erano pronte, ho tolto la pellicola dal cous cous e ho aggiunto un cucchiaio di olio e con una forchetta ho girato il tutto.
Quando il cous cous era meno compatto l'ho versato nella padella insieme alle verdure e ho girato il tutto.
Ho impiattato e che direeee BUONISSIMO!
A vostro piacimento potete aggiungere un pizzico di sale anche nel cous cous.

Per fare questo piatto, ho utilizzato il cavolo viola, dal gusto particolare ma davvero buono.
Dopo averlo bollito l'ho tagliato a pezzetti e cotto anche in padella con un pò di olio e cipolla tritata.
Poi ho frullato il tutto e voilà una Cremina buona buona e Light dato che non ho utilizzato la panna ma ho utilizzato un pò di acqua e un cucchiaio di Philadelphia 0%di grassi anche Un pò di nocciole tritate.
A parte ho cotto la pasta (integrale) e infine ho amalgamato tutto insieme nella padella aggiungendo, sale, pepe un altro filo di olio crudo prezzemolo e anche le nocciole intere 😜☺️
