Generously funded by The Haberdashers’ Company, the scholarship includes financial support and the chance to become a Haberdasher scholar, with extra opportunities such as mentoring, networking, and an annual scholars’ reception at Haberdashers’ Hall in London.

Today we hosted an incredible puppet-making workshop with the talented Hanson Dickinson, a prop maker who graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and now specializes in prop and puppet creation.
Our students got creative and made puppets out of drinks cans—and the results are absolutely amazing!
This was another fantastic masterclass provided by the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama exclusively for our students at LC Stage and Sound.

Sally was a beloved member of the Central community for more than three decades and a pioneer in the field of applied theatre internationally. Highly respected both personally and professionally, she will be greatly missed by so many.
A keystone of her continued support for our community was her attendance at the annual Central Celebration at Edinburgh Fringe event, which celebrates and showcases the diverse array of shows by Central alumni, students and staff at the world’s largest arts festival. This year’s event, on Tuesday, 12 August 2025, will be dedicated to her memory.
Our thoughts are very much with Sally's family and friends at this difficult time.
