Te invito que antes de hablar sobre un cuerpo ajeno, te pongas en su lugar, es muy fácil decir que gordo está, o dar por hecho algo que no sabes.

Ahora bien, muchos piensan también que por haberme operado tome la opción más fácil y más rápida… Pero lo que no saben y ni se imaginan es lo que vino a continuación después de ese pequeño paso que di…
Hubo días fuertes en los que me pregunte el por qué?. Tuve que cambiar si o si muchas cosas, cosas a las que estaba acostumbrado y venía haciendo durante años.
Nuevas rutinas, planes alimenticios que debi implementar… muchas consultas con el psicólogo/ siquiatra, para poder seguir avanzando.
Junto con todo eso muchas cosas empezaron a cambiar en mi vida en muy poco tiempo y de manera drástica, se me hacía difícil asimilarlas todas tan rápido. Y al mismo tiempo me tocó lidiar con personas que con la premisa de “sin ánimos de hacer daño” le daban rienda suelta a sus comentarios aparentemente inofensivos insinuando que era débil por haberme operado.
Pero aquí donde me ven, con esta nueva vida, con este nuevo cuerpo después de muchos kilos menos, no fue fácil, el primer día después de haberme operado me desmayé 3 veces, pero nadie lo sabía… tuve que eliminar muchas cosas de mi vida que amaba comer o hacer porque me hacían daño.
Hoy se cumple un año de mi operación bariátrica y ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que pude tomar de mi vida.
El cambio ha sido abismal y no ha sido solo físico, de hecho el cambio físico es el último en verse todo inicia con un deseo, una idea, un plan de ahorro para conseguir un objetivo que dio como resultado final la operación y el cuerpo físico que tengo hoy.
