We are pleased to announce that Neptuna, a rescued two-fingered sloth from late-May, has been released #backinthetrees!
Neptuna came to us with burns from being electrocuted from power lines.⚡ When she arrived, all four of her limbs, face, and up her leg had severe injuries. 🌳After months of critical treatment and care, she is all healed and was released in a huge protected forest today!
We will be sharing more about her full story in the days to come...
💕Thank you to the D'Souza family for symbolically adopting Neptuna and helping her with her rescue, rehab, and release journey!
