What was once an underused and fragmented space has been completely transformed into a bright, open and functional living area that fully embraces its privileged sea views.
The goal of this project was to enhance the connection between indoors and outdoors, creating a seamless flow that allows natural light, landscape and lifestyle to merge effortlessly. Through a careful selection of materials, a warm neutral palette and bespoke furniture, we designed a space that feels calm, timeless and deeply Mediterranean.
Every decision was made to improve the way the home is lived: from the layout and circulation, to the choice of furniture that invites comfort, social life and long moments of enjoyment facing the sea.

This stunning villa in Marbella boasts a strong architectural base, but certain outdated elements were limiting its appeal to the high-end buyer it deserves.
We developed a Luxury Home Staging proposal with one goal: to reposition the property and attract a buyer who values quality, design, and comfort — someone looking for a home that’s ready to enjoy from day one, not a renovation project.
Our ideal buyer has a busy lifestyle and refined taste with the Marbella lifestyle: elegant, relaxed, and effortless.
One of the most impactful changes proposed was replacing the old metal railings (common in homes from 10–15 years ago) with sleek glass panels. This instantly modernizes the façade and enhances the open views.
The worn-out flooring was replaced with wood-effect outdoor decking, durable and stylish. It adds warmth and texture while breaking up the monotony of the original surface — with no need for major works.
We also designed a dedicated outdoor dining area under a timber pergola, ideal for al fresco meals with sea and mountain views. Carefully selected furniture completes the layout:
