16oz cooked pasta
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 cup Parmesan
1 bag of arugula
Dressing:
1/2 cup Papa Palermo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Papa Palermo Lemon Pepper
1/2 Lemon
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to instructions. Let cool. Mix ingredients to dressing in a large bowl. Then, add pine nuts, Parmesan, and arugula. Add cooled pasta. Mix and add additional olive oil, lemon, and more Lemon Pepper. Enjoy!

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup feta

- 1/2 cup pistachio

Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Papa Palermo olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Papa Palermo honey
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions:
In a bowl, add mixed greens. Add 1/2 lemon squeezed. Then, garnish with garbanzo, feta, sliced strawberries, and pistachios. In a dish, add dressing ingredients. Whisk. Top with Papa Palermo Mediterranean Sea Salt. Toss and enjoy!
