Много факторов влияют на стоимость ремонта.
Квадратура. Понятно, что чем больше квадратура, тем выше цена за ремонт. Кстати, высота потолков также влияет на цену.
Чистовая, черновая или предчистовая отделка. Если отделка у Вас предчистовая, то стоимость ремонта будет ниже, в сравнении с ремонтом черновой и даже чистовой.
Также немаловажно какой у вас дизайн-проект. Некоторым нужно просто потолок, стены побелить, на пол - ламинат/кафель. Но некоторым нужен хороший дизайн со всякими “хотелками”, где цены могут варьироваться до бесконечности. Вдруг кому-то нужна аквадискотека).
Некоторые хотят ремонт без дизайн-проекта (даже если не у нас заказывать дизайн-проект) и спрашивают цену за ремонт. Тут цену давать - как пальцем в небо тыкать. Обычно ответ заказчика таков: “Я вам покажу где, что делать”. На объекте при дизайн-проекте бывают вопросы или нестыковки, когда рабочие затрудняются/не хотят на себя брать ответственность (что правильно) и спрашивают у менеджеров/бригадиров. Менеджеры уже в зависимости от обстоятельств решают проблему на месте. Я это к тому, что без проекта заказчик будет находиться большинство времени на стройке. Так же без проекта не понятно где будет мебель, размеры мебели, где нам нужно установить выводы под розетки, светильники, выключатели/переключатели. Еще много факторов учитываются в дизайн проекте, без которых ремонт получится некрасивым/неэргономичным.
P/S. Надеюсь сим постом никого не обидел, пост только для информации. Лучше закажите дизайн проект и уже будете знать, чего ожидать от ремонта.
P/S/S. Говорят, когда покупаешь машину, нужно иметь столько денег, чтобы ты мог купить две такие машины (на ремонт, бензин и т.д.). Когда покупаете квартиру, ожидайте что на ремонт вы потратите от 15% до бесконечности от стоимости квартиры.
