My heart breaks at how the world has normalized wars. Are we living in history books? Is this really World War III?
I decided I wanted to be a doctor in 7th grade. I changed schools and worked steadily (and unsteadily) towards that goal. The journey has been both exhilarating and exhausting, but moments like these remind me why I began.
Grateful for the opportunity to operate at a camp organised by Sach Khand Darbar, and to play a small part in helping these patients begin their second innings of clearer vision after cataract surgery.
Thankful for their trust and their blessings as I continue on this path. 🙏🏻
