We filmed it eight weeks ago not long after I got injured I felt Well and truly knocked off my horse, with being lost and uncertain what the future will hold I forced myself to be proactive and surrounded myself with the good people, my family, and friends. I told myself I’d take care of the little things in life. 👊🏼
The good news is I’ve been told by the doctors that I’ll get back to 100% form with no lasting challenges, my goal is to achieve 110%!
The military told me to Always keep going and never give up and The civilian in me said ‘when you’re scared, tell the people you trust and how you’re feeling. If you’re feeling lost yourself, you can always reach out 🫶🏻.
