Kelowna, you've completely captured my heart this summer. Lake days, nature adventures, and endless snuggles with Fita 🐶what more could I ask for?
I feel so lucky to be here and see the beauty in everything. Despite all the bumps on the road, 💛
My mantra these days 'Live the life you want, be kind to others, and mind your own business😜'
Quick visit to Spain, made my heart full! What a family, we are ONE of a KIND 🤣!♥️
In this reel, I’m showing 3 exercises I use to challenge and expand my end range capacity:
1️⃣ End-Range Hip CARs
2️⃣ End-Range Hip Adduction to Knee Extension
3️⃣ End-Range Hip Extension
Why does this matter?
Because strength is where you're weakest = fewer injuries, better performance, and joints that actually support you under load, in life, and in sport.
If you’ve ever felt “tight” but stretching didn’t help — this is your missing link.
It’s not about going further — it’s about owning the range you already have.
✨ Save this for your next mobility day — your hips will thank you.

For women, the years before menopause are critical for setting up a strong foundation. Bone loss accelerates after menopause, but we can fight back now by strenght training!
Ladies, we have a window of opportunity to build strong bones before menopause- and it starts NOW.
Strenght training isn't just about aesthetics; it's about longevity, independence, and health in the decades to come.
Don't wait until is too late. Lift weights, eat protein and take care of your body. Your future self will thank you!
If you are not lifting yet, let this be your sign!

Meanwhile… 10 years in, still lifting, still growing, still not ‘too muscular.’ 💪🔥
The truth? Building muscle is a slow process, especially for women. Strength training doesn’t make you ‘bulky’ overnight—it makes you stronger, more athletic, and more confident.
❌ Myth: Lifting heavy will make you "too big."
✅ Reality: Muscle growth takes years of training, progressive overload, proper nutrition, and, for many, even intentional bulking cycles.
If you're worried about getting "too muscular," let me tell you—it’s not that easy. But if you’re training for strength, longevity, and resilience, you’re on the right path. 🚀
Train smart, train hard, and own your strength. 👏

Today’s all about building strength from the ground up. We're dialing in form, focusing on core stability, and working on key movements that’ll make a difference in your big lifts. Here's the breakdown:
1️⃣Pause Back Squats (5x5) — We’re going deep into the bottom of the squat and holding that pause for a second. Why? It helps eliminate any "bounce" and forces you to engage your muscles properly for a stronger drive back up. This builds power, improves control, and increases squat depth over time.
2️⃣Deficit RDLs (4x8) — The deficit takes the stretch on your hamstrings to a whole new level! It increases your range of motion, forces your posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, lower back) to work harder, and helps you build greater strength and mobility for deadlifts. More flexibility + more power = bigger lifts!
3️⃣Contralateral Cable Step-ups (3x10) — Focusing on control and balance with these. Why contralateral? This movement pattern works on anti-rotation, hitting the core while strengthening the quads, glutes, and stabilizer muscles. Think of it as building a solid foundation for everything else.
4️⃣Assisted Nordic Curls (4x8) — These are challenging, but so worth it! You’re targeting the hamstrings and preventing injury with slow, controlled movement. Focus on keeping your form perfect here—don’t rush it. The goal is full range, so no shortcuts.
🧠 Tip: When your core is stable, everything else falls into place. A strong foundation = better performance on the platform!
Let’s keep focusing on quality, not just quantity. Form first, always. 👊🏼

Fitness isn’t just about looking good; it’s about taking control when everything else feels out of your hands. Because when you show up for yourself, the strength you build isn’t just physical—it’s the mental resilience to face whatever life throws your way. 🏋️♀️💪

Let’s take your core training to the next level by incorporating dynamic movement and stretch positions to challenge your stability, strength, and mobility.
💡 Why train this way?
Engaging your serratus anterior while moving through a stretch helps improve shoulder stability, core control, and mobility all at once. Plus, it’s functional and builds strength for real-life movements!
Try these two killer plank variations:
1️⃣ Plank Knee Drive with Reach & Hip Drop:
👉 Engage your obliques and create rotation through your core while stabilizing the plank position.
2️⃣ Plank Knee to Tricep & Across:
👉 Feel the serratus fire up as you move the knee from the elbow to the tricep, then across to the opposite elbow.
🌟 Pro Tip: Slow, controlled movements are the secret to unlocking maximum benefits.
Tag a friend and give these a try!
