This week, COPS 8 proudly acknowledges the dedicated efforts of the Bourbon Promenade team for their continued commitment to helping keep Bourbon Street safe, visible, and welcoming throughout 2026.
According to recent tourism data released by New Orleans & Company, New Orleans welcomed nearly 19.5 million visitors in 2025 - an increase of 380,000 visitors from the previous year and the strongest tourism numbers the city has seen since 2019.
As Walt Leger, President & CEO of New Orleans & Company, recently stated: “We’re going to continue to push to bring more people to our community.”
