Auf der Messe B.I.G. habe ich euch damit schon verköstigt, jetzt zeige ich euch das Rezept nochmals gemeinsam mit.
Bacon Sushi mit der Grillküche Sunfun Zoe und dem Kingstone Gasgrill Cliff 6005 Beast Built In von
Für 4 Rollen benötigt ihr:
- 1 kg Bacon
- 250 g Sushi Reis
- 1 Gurke
- 100 g Wakame (Algensalat)
- Srirachi Mayonnaise
- Gerösteter Sesam
Auf dem Kochfeld-Modul der Grillküche Sunfun Zoe kochen wir den Sushi Reis nach Packungsanweisung und lassen ihn etwas abkühlen.
Für die Zubereitung des Bacon Sushi benötigen wir die Kingstone-Grillplatte. Wir heizen den Kingstone Cliff 6005 Beast Built In auf 200 Grad vor.
Wir belegen eine Sushimatte mit dem Bacon: jeder Baconstreifen ca. 1 cm versetzt nebeneinander, sodass wir eine Baconfläche bekommen. Im unteren Drittel verteilen wir jetzt den vorgekochten Sushi Reis. Kleiner Tipp: Die Hände etwas mit Wasser anfeuchten, so klebt der Reis nicht an den Fingern. In die Mitte vom Reis legen wir der Länge nach einen Gurkenstreifen und fangen nun an, mithilfe der Matte, das Bacon Sushi zu rollen.
Diese Bacon Sushi Rollen können auch einen Tag vorher vorbereitet werden!
Jetzt grillen wir die Rollen auf der Grillplatte von jeder Seite schön kross an. Je dichter der Bacon gelegt wurde, so einfacher ist das Wenden der Rollen.
Die krossen Bacon Sushi Rollen jetzt in ca. 1 cm große Stücke schneiden und mit der übrig gebliebenen Gurke, Srirachi Mayonnaise, Wakame und den gerösteten Sesam anrichten.
