This kid is a true leader, an impact player and someone who genuinely uplifts his teammates, on and off the field.
This team had the talent to win their division if the right adjustments were made. I understand most youth football coaches aren’t paid, so I try to stay patient when I see obvious changes that could help the kids succeed but the one thing I’ll never support is “daddy ball” and favoritism.
The ultimate goal should always be the kids. Not ego, pride, or selfishness.
