Champawat Market Plaza | Public Institution | Uttarakhand

Situated along the Champawat–Pithoragarh highway and overlooking a deodar forest, Champawat Market Plaza occupies a prominent position on one of the region’s busiest transit and tourist routes. Conceived as a handicraft centre and multipurpose plaza, the project creates a permanent platform for local Self-Help Groups while extending beyond the idea of a marketplace.

Shaped by the contours of the Himalayan landscape, it offers spaces for gathering, exchange, learning, and pause—bringing together artisans, travellers, and the local community within a shared civic setting.

Jawai Oasis | Hospitality | Jawai Bandh, Rajasthan

Jawai Oasis is a nature retreat which is conceived as an extension of the landscape, with the architecture carefully following the natural contours of the site to minimise excavation and disturbance to the terrain. The built forms are positioned to frame views of the hills and surrounding wilderness while creating a sense of immersion within the landscape. Natural light, cross-ventilation, shaded outdoor spaces, and deep overhangs help reduce dependence on mechanical systems.

Open terraces, sit-outs, and gathering spaces encourage guests to engage with the landscape at a slower pace. Using locally relevant materials and construction techniques, the project seeks to create a hospitality experience that feels rooted in the ecology, culture, and character of Jawai.

Enso | Industrial | Odhav, Ahmedabad

Enso explores the potential of the circular form within an industrial context. Conceived as two metal-fabricated hemispheres anchored by an RCC core, the factory balances structural robustness with adaptability for future expansion. A continuous corrugated metal shell creates a distinct industrial identity while enabling incremental growth.

Inside, natural light, ventilation, and flexible planning shape a breathable and humane workspace. The RCC core organises services and circulation, allowing the factory to function as an evolving infrastructure responsive to changing production needs and future transformations.

Court House | Residence | Ahmedabad

Built around multiple courtyards and the view of a large beautiful garden this house is designed to weave stories across its intersecting volumes and interactive openings.

The design of this house tries to break away from the banal rectangular box and engages with the site to bring in natural light and ventilation. The entry of the house is through a courtyard, deviating from the idea of a classical Otla, and the glass & marble temple box floats in one corner over an L-shaped lilypond.

9 Years. 8 Friends. 8 Architects. 1 Practice.

We started in a small studio in Ahmedabad — just a group of friends with a shared dream: to build meaningful public spaces, question the everyday, and get our hands dirty in the process.

From hosting hands-on workshops and late-night design marathons to now leading projects across three cities — Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Bengaluru — the journey has been anything but ordinary.

What began with one room and one goal has grown into a practice with three verticals:
Architecture. Interior. Urban Design.
And through it all, the intention remains the same — to build thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with care.

We’re proud to have walked these 9 years together — as friends, partners, and co-dreamers. Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this journey — past, present, and future.

Here’s to many more years of designing, dreaming, and growing — together.

Design Highlight | Food Trough (Gamand)
Gaughar Gaushala, Dahanu, Maharashtra

The food trough (Gamand), designed within Gaughar Gaushala, transforms an everyday functional element into a thoughtful architectural intervention. Constructed as an RCC trough with a smooth wooden top edge, it ensures safer and more comfortable feeding for the cattle while preventing injuries. Beyond function, it reflects the project’s larger ethos—where even the smallest architectural details are shaped through empathy, animal wellbeing, and long-term practicality within a climate-responsive environment.

Designing With Empathy
Gaughar Gaushala, Dahanu, Maharashtra

Every architectural decision within Gaughar Gaushala is shaped around comfort, safety, and everyday animal behaviour. Curved trough edges help prevent injuries, while porous brick flooring keeps the space cleaner and supports better health. Reinforced steel columns are softened with rounded caps that naturally serve as scratching points for the cows. Lime-plastered water troughs inspired by traditional earthen pots maintain cooler temperatures naturally. Trees placed within these shared drinking spaces provide shade and help moderate the surrounding heat. The arches and jaalis bring in daylight and constant airflow, creating interiors that remain cool, dry, and breathable throughout the day.

Gaughar Gaushala, Dahanu, Maharashtra

In the orchards of Dahanu, Maharashtra, Gaughar Gaushala redefines the idea of a cattle shed through empathy, ecology, and craft. Designed as a breathable habitat for 400 cows, the project replaces congested cattle sheds with open paddocks, skylit interiors, cooling brick jaalis, and naturally ventilated spaces that prioritise animal wellbeing and operational ease. Built with basalt stone, bamboo, and recycled brick, the architecture feels deeply rooted in its landscape.

More than a cattle shelter, Gaughar Gaushala becomes a living ecosystem where water, farming, cattle, and local craftsmanship sustain one another. The result is an agricultural space that balances functionality with dignity, proving that architecture for animals can be thoughtful, humane, and beautifully connected to the land.
