По моим ощущениям, погодки это не двойная нагрузка, а постоянная.
Младенец требует физически: носить, кормить, вставать ночью.
Ребёнок после двух требует эмоционально: договариваться, объяснять, выдерживать слёзы и «почему».
Я обожаю, что у меня погодки. Но быть включенной 24/7 я тоже устаю.
И при этом каждый следующий месяц становится легче.
Так было со старшей, и сейчас я вижу ту же динамику уже с двумя.

Почему я выбрала эти два «народных средства»?
Чай из листьев малины я начала пить на 36 неделе, по одной чашке в день.
Содержит фрагариин — вещество, которое помогает мышцам матки сокращаться более слаженно. Исследования показывают: женщины, которые пили чай в последние недели беременности, чаще имели короче первый период родов и меньше нуждались в стимуляции.
С 36 недели ела по 5-6 фиников в день.
В Коране говорится о том, как Всевышний поддержал Марьям финиками во время рождения Исы (Иисуса). Современные исследования подтверждают: регулярное употребление фиников в конце беременности способствует созреванию шейки матки и повышает вероятность естественного начала родов, без искусственных вмешательств.
Они помогают телу подготовиться так, что начало родов становится более плавным, естественным и физиологичным.
В прошлую беременность я ещё делала массаж с маслом вечерней примулы, но так как в эту у меня есть выраженные вены, не планирую этого делать.

Я много общалась с мамами, чьи дети просыпаются ночью и сложно укладываются. Вот, какие отличия я заметила:
1. С первого дня Луна спит в своей кровати, с 6 месяцев в своей комнате в полной темноте и тишине.
2. С первого дня жизни я кладу её спать в 9 вечера, без укачиваний.
3. С начала прикорма в её рационе ежедневно есть белок. Когда в 9 месяцев я вводила много фруктов, её сон нарушился. Я контролирую количество сахара, даже если он натуральный.
4. Сейчас ей 1.5 года, я не даю детские печенья, снеки с добавленным сахаром.
5. Если она проснулась, я не бегу к ней. Жду 5-10 минут, обычно за 1-2 минуты она засыпает. Может встать, походить по кроватке, снять носочки, поныть и уснуть. Если он капризничает дольше 10 минут и это переходит в истерику, её что-то беспокоит, такое было во время болезни. Надо решать проблему.
6. После 1.2 мы ушли от питья молока на ночь, да и в целом от питья молока на регулярной основе.
7. 90% снов она спит у себя в кровати. Да, иногда мы путешествуем и ей сложнее уснуть в самолёте, такси (без авто кресла), но дома я стараюсь подстроить свой график так, чтобы к 2 и 9 мы были дома или она уснула в авто кресле и я её переложила.
Если подытожить, 2 главных момента — график и питание.
Я не эксперт по сну, у меня пример одного ребенка в одной семье, но я очень люблю задавать вопросы и наблюдать.
