This time we finally got to try a coffee brewed on their new machine — the handmade, crafted near San Marino in northeast Italy.
We had an amazing washed Peruvian turbo shot of espresso — pulled at 5.5 bar with 92°C water. A delicious, clean cup with gentle berry acidity that truly shows off the character of the beans. Pure joy. ☕✨

A strength of brew that sits between espresso and filter strength. By grinding coarser and lowering the machine pressure you get a faster brew thats well extracted relative to the brews length.
Roast wise the strength is in between which means you can get tasty results with both espresso and filter roasts.
We’ve been offering them in store for years and think it’s the ideal method if you want that middle strength 👌
