If you ask me, January is made for banana bread making, so you then have the perfect cosy afternoon snack to enjoy on a gloomy afternoon!

This version is full of goodness and higher in protein too thanks to the oats and yogurt. This recipe is of my own invention after rescuing some sad bananas and playing around with what I had in the cupboard yesterday morning and it came out so moist and tasty I just had to share 😋

First heart the oven to 180 degrees (fan).

Then in a large bowl, mix your wet ingredients:
3 overripe mashed bananas
175g Greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of half a lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil

Then add your dry ingredients to the bowl and mix:
150 ground oats (oat flour)
50g ground almonds
50g coconut sugar
50g raisins
50g walnuts

Pour into a large lined loaf tin and bake for 45-50 mins until a skewer comes out clean. You may then need to put it back in for another 10-15 mins at this stage (depending on your oven) but I would recommend putting foil over the top to avoid burning.

Then take it out and cut into slices. YUM.
Christmas & NYE in 10 📸

Wishing you all a joyful 2026. We often speak of hoping for health and happiness in the new year and regular movement (finding something you enjoy) is one of best ways to help with both. This is why I love teaching yoga, Pilates, barre and sharing my passion for running and walking in nature with others. Looking forward to more movement in all its wonderful forms this coming year!
Logging off for Christmas as I head to Cornwall for some much-needed family time ☺️

This season always invites reflection, and I’m so grateful for everything this year has brought. Thank you to everyone who’s joined a class or event and allowed me to share my love of movement with you. It means so much!

I’m excited for fresh goals in 2026 and to watch the Collective Fitness community continue to flourish✨

📸 the very talented (who also happens to come to my barre class each week!)
It would be easy to convince myself that the last few months have been pretty slow and uneventful compared to my usual pace of life, but my camera roll says otherwise. My thirties have shown me that it’s the small things we do each day and time with the people we love which create a life we want to live ☺️
My 4th year of hosting my FESTIVE BARRE TO BAR event and what a magical night. This is my favourite annual event to put on for the Collective Fitness community!

I love the combination of energetic barre into flowing yoga under the lights of the Christmas tree. But the most special part of the night is after the class when I see everyone chatting together over mulled wine and mince my homemade pies. Some people come alone as a treat to themselves and there is also mothers and daughters, siblings and friends all joining together to celebrate the festivities and enjoy an evening of movement and socialising.

Thank you to each and every one of you who have attended one of my classes or events this year. It means so much and this was the perfect event to wrap everything up for 2025. Forever grateful for Claire’s support at and this beautiful space ✨
Part 2 of my 24 days of wellness. Some of my favourite small habits to make myself feel the best I possibly can at this time of year.

The first half of the month was personally quite challenging for me from a health POV, but leaning into these small wins has been invaluable for my mental and physical wellbeing.

I hope a few of these might inspire you, and I would love to know your favourite wellness habits that you plan to lean into this December ✨

Collective Fitness brings together three ways of moving which I’m incredibly passionate about - Yoga, Pilates & Barre. It also encompasses three key values - inclusivity, empowerment & joy.

I want you to find a way of moving your body which you enjoy & makes you feel great. My classes are designed to encourage you to train in a way that supports your specific goals at different chapters of your life and enables you to achieve results at your own pace.

By definition ‘collective’ means something that is shared by every member of a group of people and I care about building a welcoming community which empowers you to feel strong, happy & healthy through the practice of Yoga, Pilates & Barre.
As I’ve got a new headshot I thought I would let you know a bit about myself…

I’m Lotty and I’ve been teaching Barre for over 10 years, Pilates for 8 years and I qualified as a 200-hour yoga teacher in 2024. I’m passionate about movement and on a mission to empower as many people as possible to become stronger, healthier and happier through the practice of Barre and Pilates and Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Alongside my teaching I work full time for a PR agency and get to work with brands in the fitness and active lifestyle space so I’m lucky enough that these two worlds collide and allow me to work on such exciting projects!

I’ve just turned 32 and live in the Cotswolds with my husband and our spaniel Sydney. After 10 years in London I’ve moved back to the area where I grew up and I’m love connecting with new people in the area so I’m always up for a run/coffee/class together ☕️

I love strength training and lift weights 4/5 times a week. I’m always happy moving outdoors and running has always been a passion of mine. I’m slowly coming back from a stress fracture injury and starting to run again. One day I would love to combine the two and take part in a Hyrox. I’m also desperate to run a marathon in the future after having to pull out of London this year! 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
