Workshop boyunca skolyozun temel postüral ve hareketle ilişkili özellikleri ele alınır; eğitmenlerin farklı skolyoz paternlerini anlaması, bireysel ihtiyaçları doğru değerlendirmesi ve buna uygun Pilates programları planlaması hedeflenir.
Programlama süreci; denge, simetri, asimetri yönetimi, stabilizasyon ve kontrollü hareket prensipleri çerçevesinde ele alınır. In addition to his expertise in Pilates, Barış Özdemir is a trained Biologist. During his university years, he conducted extensive studies in Anatomy and Physiology and integrated this scientific knowledge into his Pilates teaching methodology.
In 2018, he became one of the first instructors in Turkey to pass the exam of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) — the most prestigious global Pilates credential — earning official PMA certification.
Barış Özdemir is also a Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation student at Üsküdar University and holds Pilates Coaching Certificates and Licenses from the Turkish Gymnastics Federation. He is the founder of Code Pilates Academy, an NCPT-recognized CEC Provider offering accredited continuing education workshops for Pilates professionals.
During his five years at the Balanced Body Türkiye Education Center, he took part in more than 100 instructor training programs and workshops, providing mentorship and teaching Pilates classes for intern instructors.
In 2016, he founded Code Pilates Academy, through which he has trained expert Pilates instructors both in person and online. As of 2025, Barış Özdemir has become a Master Instructor for Balanced Body — one of the world’s most respected Pilates schools and continues to deliver official Balanced Body teacher training programs.
He is also officially accredited as a REPs UAE Comprehensive Pilates Instructor (Category G Comprehensive), strengthening his professional standing in the United Arab Emirates.
Barış Özdemir is currently based in Dubai, where he continues his professional work as a Master Instructor and maintains his role within Code Pilates Academy.
He provides in-person and online trainings and workshops in the UAE, neighboring countries, and around the world.

These workshops are designed to support the professional development of Pilates instructors by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and understanding through internationally recognized continuing education standards. The educational content is structured in line with the Code Pilates Academy teaching methodology and includes conceptual explanation, movement demonstration, and observation-based learning.
Workshops conducted by Barış Özdemir NCPT are delivered in a live, instructor-led format. Throughout the training, participants engage in the learning process through guided instruction and professional demonstration. This structure ensures that the workshops extend beyond passive observation and align with NCPT continuing education requirements.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants receive an internationally recognized certificate of participation, documenting their attendance, the workshop content and duration, and the corresponding CEC credits earned. This certificate may be individually submitted by participants within their own NCPT accounts as part of their continuing education records.

About the Workshop
This focused and professional 3-hour training provides Pilates instructors with the knowledge and skills to work safely and effectively with women before, during, and after pregnancy using the Reformer.
The program teaches how to design trimester-based Reformer sessions that enhance postural awareness, core stability, breath control, and pelvic floor activation in each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
It also covers safe and evidence-based Reformer applications for managing Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), Sacroiliac Joint dysfunction, Pubic Symphysis instability, and Sciatica.
