オーナーが神奈川県のレストランで
デザートとして考案したものです。
その後沖縄県に移住し
読谷村のホテル日航アリビラに
勤務していたときに
このプリンを出したいと
ホテルのラウンジで提供していました。
独立したときには
このプリンを出したいと
ずっと思っていたのです。
そして、皆さんに気に入っていただけて
本当に嬉しい✨
オーナーが20年以上作り続けている
こだわりの詰まったプリンなんです。
